Mindful  Meditation

Mindful meditation gives me an essential pathway to self-discovery and spiritual development, to reawaken love, relieve emotional anguish, let go of addictive behaviours, and become one with the Divine.

I rejoice at the ongoing research into mindful meditation and that its benefits are beginning to be confirmed by science.  I have received those benefits for years.  I would not be enjoying now a life of joy, peace, and grace had I not begun my meditation practice in 1994.


     To me, meditation is like calisthenics for the mind.  Like repeated lifting of weights strengthens muscle tissue, so repeated meditation practice builds neuronal pathways that more completely entangle me with the Creative Life Force and make it easier to cope successfully with the exigencies of daily life.  I start and end each day with meditation; 30 - 40 minutes in the morning to align my consciousness with who I am and with my commitment to serve, and 10 minutes before going to sleep to review my day and give thanks for my many blessings – and to lay a stress free head on my pillow.
